Abstract: Information collected on this form is used to provide statistical data on recipients and assistance payments under the SSI State-administered State Suppleemntation Program. The data are needed to complement informaiton available for the federally administered programs under SSA and to fully explain the impact of the public income support program on the needy, aged, blind, and disabled. The respondents are State agencies who administer supplementary payment programs under SSI.
