Terms of Clearance: The results from the Member Satisfaction survey will be used to help local programs and projects improve member services, identify administrative needs and gauge the long-term effects of service on members. CNCS must notify and consult with OMB if the results from this survey are used for the purposes of establishing annual or long-term performance measures.

Abstract: The Corporation will survey members annually and use the information collected to assess program performance, improve program management, identify training and technical assistance needs and prepare program by program information to help prospective members determine to which program to apply. Programs will also provide basic demographic program information to support data analysis.
