Terms of Clearance: OMB approves a pretest version of this survey. The pretest survey will follow the same methodology as the full version of the proposed survey outlined in the supporting statement of this collection. This pretest may be mailed to 400 respondents. The results of the pretest should be submitted to OMB when the agency requests to expand the survey to a larger sample size. The observed response rate of the pretest will help determine the number of additional surveys that must be mailed out to garner the desired sample size.
