APHIS is proposing to amend the regulations to relieve certain restrictions on the importation of poultry meat and other poultry products from the Mexican States of Sinaloa and Sonora. The proposal would establish new and less restrictive conditions and under the conditions proposed, would present a negligible risk of introducing exotic Newcastle disease into the United States.
