Abstract: Persons interested in receiving Florida tomatoes shipped under a Certificate of Privilege, must apply to the Florida Tomato Committee to become an approved receiver. This would assist the Committee in preventing tomatoes shipped under a COP from entering fresh market channels where they could negatively impact the market.
