original and two copies without a demonstration of substantial
need. This collection requires respondents to submit original
information to a potentially unlimited number of foreign mailing

mailing addresses in an easy to find location, nor accounted for
the cost of submitting this information to international locations.

Certified Trade Missions are overseas
events that are planned, organized and led by both Federal and
non-Federal government export promotion agencies such as industry
trade associations, agencies of state and local governments,
chambers of commerce, regional groups and other export-oriented
groups.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
