Terms of Clearance: Approved consistent with the following terms of clearance: RSA will address reporting inconsistencies consistent with PART recommendation. RSA will develop guidance to eliminate inconsistencies by January 2006 and will provide training on the newly developed guidance document to all AIVRS projects. RSA will also implement the job training measures and improve use and transparency of project data.
