Our regulations allow fresh (chilled
or frozen) pork/pork products from certain Mexican States to
transit the US, under certain conditions, for export to another
country. The importation and in transit movement was restricted due
to the presence of hog cholera. APHIS determines that pork/pork
products can transit the US under seal with an insignificant risk
of introducing hog cholera. APHIS is now proposing to allow poultry
carcasses, parts, and products to transit the US under certain
conditions for export to another country. This action will relieve
restrictions on trade while continuing to provide
