This activity will increase the visibility of the National Institute of Health's Research Supplements for Underrepresented Minorities program. The primary objective is to ensure in the coming decade a concentration of minority researchers who will address behavioral and social factors important in improving the public health and eliminating disparities. The Office will design a website that will link promising minorities at the high school through junior faculty level with senior NIH-funded research who are willing to mentor.
