This collection
is approved for 6 months due to DHS' inability to resolve issues
identified in its review. OMB is providing this grace period so as
not to absorb DHS resources required for the response to Hurricane
Katrina. DHS must resubmit this collection for OMB review and
approval, including an appendix responding ex- plicitly to the
outstanding concerns identified below, before the expiration of the
6 month period provided here. Prior to resub- mission, OMB will
work with DHS and CIS leadership to improve CIS' ability to manage
its PRA processes. Unresolved issues include making clear to
respondents that there is no minimum value required for property
and that additional property can be listed on separate pages.
