Abstract: This package provides instructions and a form for States to report the number of children and youth served under IDEA who were subject to disciplinary action, including unilateral removal by school personnel, removal by a hearing officer for likely injury to self or others, and short-and -long-term out-of-school and in-school suspensions. In addition, States report the number of acts precipitating removal by school personnel and the number of disciplinary actions.
