Upon resubmission, Ed will consolidate the 21 information collections currently associated with this rule into several PRA packages; and 4. Upon resubmission, Ed will incorporate public comments and describe how this collection maximizes practical utility and minimizes public burden.

Abstract: This collection is necessitated by 20 U.S.C. 1412(a)(10)(A)(i)(V) of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004 (IDEA) and Section 300.132(c) of the proposed regulations that requires each local educational agency (LEA) to maintain in its records and annually provide to the State educational agency (SEA) the number of children enrolled in private schools by their parents that are evaluated by the LEA to determine whether they are children with disabilities under IDEA, the number of children determined to be children with disabilities under IDEA, and the number of children....
