The FCC adopted on 9/4/04, Report and
Order (R&O), MB Docket No. 03-185, FCC 04-220. It revised
Section 74.703(f) to require a licensee of a digital LPTV or TV
translator station operating on a channel from channel 52.69 to
eliminate any condition of interference caused by existing and
future commercial or public safety wireless licensees in the 700
MHz bands. The digital LPTV or translator station must cease
operations immediately upon notification by any primary wireless
licensee. The R&O revised Section 74.703(g) to require a
wireless licensee in the 700 MHz band to notify a
digital....
