On May 11, 2005, the Federal Communications Commission ("Commission") released the Report and Order. "In the Matter of Mandatory Electronic Filing for International Telecommunications Services and Other International Filings, "IB Docket No. 04-226, FCC 05-91. This Report and Order implements mandatory electronic filing of various applications for international telecommunications services, including several new forms related to the International Signaling Point Code (ISPC).
