Abstract: Territorial quarantines are necessary to prevent the spread of dangerous plant diseases and pests, including Medfly, melon fly, oriental fruit fly, green coffee scale, the bean pod borer, and other plant pests which are new to or not know to be widely prevalent or distributed within and throughout other States.
