Abstract: To encourage greater reuse and recycling of CRTs, EPA is amending the RCRA hazardous waste regulations by streamlining management requirements for CRTs sent for recycling. The information collection requirements covered in this ICR are needed to ensure that the CRTs are properly managed, and to facilitate enforcement of the regulations.
