Terms of Clearance: Approved consistent with the following terms of clearance: per the previous terms of clearance VA was required to demonstrate compliance with the GPRA 1998. VA is currently hosting associated forms on the agency website consistent with GPRA, however VA does not yet have technology in place to allow for electronic signature submission. In the next submission of this request to OMB for review VA will report on the status of efforts to accept electronic signatures on electronic forms hosted by the agency consistent with GPRA.
