The proposed rule, "National Source Tracking of High-Risk Sealed Sources," would establish a tracking system to provide accountability for radioactive sources of concern. The proposed requirements in Part 150 would require Agreement State licensees to input the source data, correct errors and file any missed transaction reports within 5 business days, and to report the transfer of any sources.
