Abstract: Licensees would be required to report information on the manufacture, transfer, receipt, and disposal of nationally tracked sources for sources containing radioactive material of concern. Licensees may complete NRC Form 748 or enter the information on-line. The National Source Tracking System will be used to improve source accountability.
