Abstract: This ICR has been prepared to show the paperwork burden based on the provisions of the final rule that is being promulgated for Phase I facilities (Incinerators, Cement and Lightweight Aggregate Kilns). The existing burden on these facilities is covered EPA ICR #1773.06 (OMB Control No. 2050-0171). This ICR also covers the additional burden on Phase II (Boilers and Hydrochloric Acid Production Furnaces), which are currently regulated under BIF rule and covered by ICR #1361.09 (OMB Control #2050-0073), because these Phase II facilities will now be covered by the MACT final rule.
