Abstract: The purpose of the State Scholars Initiative is to support a non-profit entity that will fund state business-education partnerships that promote rigorous course work among high school students in their states, by encouraging and motivating high school students to select rigorous courses of study that will benefit them in their future careers, postsecondary education, or training.
