Reinstatement without change of a previously approved
collection
The LEAP Program uses matching Federal
and State funds to provide a nationwide system of grants to assist
postsecondary educational students with substantial financial need.
State agencies provide information on the performance report which
the Deparatment requires about the state's use of program funds in
order to demonstrate compliance with the program's statutory &
regulatory requirements. Federal program officials use data
collected on by this report for monitoring program funds
distribution. The Department is seeking to extend the currently
approved collection which expired March 31, 2005. This form is used
once annually...
