Terms of Clearance: This ICR is approved for 18 months to allow time for completion of all Project XL progress reports and final reports. When EPA submits an ICR extension to OIRA/OMB, the scope should include just the pre-proposal phase of the state innovative grant program. If Project XL reporting is included in the ICR extension, the Agency shall explain why such reporting is necessary.

Abstract: In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501 et. seq.) this document announces that EPA is submitting a renewal request for the following Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB): Regulatory Pilot Projects (EPA ICR 1755.07). (OMB Control No. 2010-0026, current ICR expires August 31, 2005). Before submitting the ICR to OMB for review and approval, EPA solicited comments on specific aspects of the proposed information collection and has addressed those comments within the ICR.
