The Agency has determined that select contracts involved with Emergency Response (ER), Superfund (SF), Information System (IS), Facility Services (FS), and Research Support (RS) have significant security concerns and must be tested by the contrac tor for the presence of marijuana, cocaine, opiates, ampheta- mines, phencyclidene (PCP), but only for sites designated as sensitive by the Contracting Officer or On-Screen Coordinator.
