Abstract: The solicitation provision at 52.209-1 addresses how agencies will establish and enforce qualification requirements, encourage additional sources and products to become qualified, bear the costs under certain circumstances for small businesses to become qualified, and periodically examine the need to continue the use of each qualification requirement. This information is required by Pub. L. 98-577 and Pub. L. 98-525.
