OMB understands
that the agency will visit respondents to make copies of certain
export records to verify compliance with the High Quality Grain
export exemption. It is also understood that the agency may permit
electronic submission of these records in lieu of visiting
respondents at the agency's discretion. Upon next submitting this
package for extension, the agency should report what percentage of
respondents were permitted to submit records electronically.
