Abstract: The information collected will assist NOAA Fisheries further implement Amendment 14 of the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan. The respondents will be owners of sablefish endorsed limited entry permits. The information collected includes: a list of those individuals who are part of corporations and partnerships that own permits, the amount of landings to date for a permit that is being transferred midseason, amounts of processed product for at sea freezing vessels, the name of a spouse to be listed as permit co-owner.
