Abstract: This data collection is designed to assist ATSDR with obtaining information from customers regarding their satisfaction with its Web site. This information will helf ATSDR ensure that customers find the information easy to access, clear, informative and useful. The survey is only available in electronic format via the ATSDR Web site. The survey is completely voluntary and does not collect personal identifiers.
