Terms of Clearance: This survey is approved. While completion time for a survey of this complexity is tight, EPA has agreed to provide extensions to facilities on an individual basis that are unable to complete in the required time. With EPA's agreement, burden estimates have been revised as a result of comments from affected respondants. EPA will clarify in the survey instructions that response should be based on available information. Respondants are not required to generate new info, or provide engineering or best professional estimates, where info is not available._EPA has also made a number of changes to specific questions in response to concerns raised by commenters.
