Abstract: Respondents are secondary non-ferrous metals processing establish ments, excluding facilities that perform secondary processing of aluminum, copper, or lead. Secondary non-ferrous metals processing is one of the area source categories listed for regulation under EPA's Integrated Urban Air Toxics, Strategy. Current Information on HAP emissions and controls are needed to determine the appropriate scope and level of control and to estimate environmental, costs, and economic impacts.
