Abstract: The NPRM solicited comment on service rules for Advanced Wireless Services in the 1710-1755 MHz and 2110-2155 MHz bands, including provisions for applications, licensing, operating and technical rules, and for competitive bidding. With this submission, the Commission is submitting the Report and Order, which adopts most of the proposals in the NPRM, to OMB for review and approval.
