The Compassion Capital Fund
Retrospective Study will assess the outcomes of organizational
capacity building services provided by a sub-set of nine of the
intermediary organizations funded funded under the Compassion
Capital Fund (CCF) program. The survey will seek responses from
faith-based and community organizations that received services on
outcomes associated with the services provided by the named
intermediary. This evaluation will provided an assessment of the
outcomes associated with CCF supported services during the early
years of the program.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
