OMB approves this collection for two years with the following terms of clearance: FERC has agreed to several changes to its survey design to mitigate the potential for self-selection bias and will draw a random sample of 776 entities for follow-up to ensure a representative sample for the AMI survey. FERC will report back to OMB on achieved response rates by strata and on the results on analyses comparing the random sample to the universe of responses. FERC will also note any meaningful differences in its final report to congress.
