Reporting of the Production, Import, Recycling, Transshipment and
Feedback Use of Ozone Depleting Substances (Proposed Rule to Amend
the Critical Use Exemption)
EPA is seeking permission to require
submission of data on a annual basis from regulated industries
based on proposed action taken by the Agency to amend the exemption
to the phaseout of methyl bromide for critical uses.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).

the proposed collection of information, that the certification
