submission of this collection of information to OMB DHHS shall
report on progress toward conversion of the associated collection
system to the Department wide standard consistent with GPEA. If
this transition occurs during the current three year clearance DHHS
should submit a change request to update the docket detailing any

The Drug Addiction Treatment Act of
2000 establishes conditions for physicians to obtain waivers to
permit them to prescribe certain approved narcotic treatmen
medications for the maintenance or detoxification treatment of
opiod addiction.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
