The Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation (OPRE) in the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is requesting comments on plans to conduct the Field Test of Social-Emotional Measures and Modified Assessment Measures for the Head Start National Reporting System (HSNRS).
