Abstract: MMS is proposing that digital data submissions in specific for- mats be specified by each Region/District. Also, MMS is re- quiring the lessess or operator to notify MMS when a well has actually begun producing, as this information has become one of the prime parameters in determing inspection and testing sche- dules for safety system devices.
