This collection is approved for 18 months to allow the agency time to review the program in light of Hurricane Katrina. Approval of a future submission will be contingent upon presentation of a coherent program assessment that addresses the impact of Hurricane Katrina. Any lessons learned from recent hurricanes should be referenced in the program assessment and implemented in both the program and collection.
