Terms of Clearance: This emergency ICR is approved for 6 months. EPA is reminded that the post-award procedure covered by this ICR is in advance of a government-wide effort to standardize grantee performance reporting under Public Law 106-107. As such, information collections like this one shall adhere to the government-wide grant reporting procedures as they become available. In the interim, EPA is encouraged to participate in the P.L.106-107 Post Award team that is finalizing a standard Performance Progress Report (PPR).

Abstract: The information is collected from recipients of EPA Exchange Network grants as well as customers of the Exchange Network and is used to make awards, collect information on how Federal funds are being spent, and assess the effectiveness of this spending. EPA needs this information to meet its Federal stewardship responsibilities.
