Abstract: In accordance with the National Wildlife Refuge System Improve- ment Act of 1997, each unit of the national wildlife refuge system is required to develop a Comprehensive Conservation Plan (CCP). A CCP is a document that provides a framework for guiding refuge management decisions. Its purpose is to guide the way each refuge will be managed for the next 15 years.
