Abstract: The Prosecutorial Remedies and Tools Against Exploitation of Children Today Act of 2003 authorizes the Attorney General to make grants for transitional housing assitance and support services to minors, adults, and their dependents who are homeless, or in need of transitional housing, as a result of fleeing a domestic violence situation.
