Abstract: Rule 15Aj-1 requires a securities association to promptly notify the Commission whenever any inaccuracy has been detected in, or any change has occurred which would render inaccurate, its current registration statement or any amendment or supplement thereto by filing on Form X-15AJ-1 an amendment or current supplement correcting such inaccuracy or describing such change. Rule 15Aj-1 also requires that a securities association file each year with the Commission an annual consolidated supplement to its registration statement on Form X-15AJ-2.
