Abstract: The purpose of this survey is to capture satisfaction information of community-based providers providing healthcare services to beneficiaries residing in the West Region. This information will be used to improve the services and relationships between providers and TriWest Healthcare Alliance to ensure that TriWest Healthcare Alliance is delivering upon the commitment to provide "Beneficiary satisfaction at the highest possible level."
