Abstract: The information collection covered by this Information Collection is a requirement on the manufactures of new portable gasoline containers for their certification for sale in the United States by EPA. The process of certification is documented in the proposed rule published in 40 CFR part 59 subpart F - CONTROL OF EVAPORATIVE EMISSIONS FROM NEW AND IN-USE PORTABLE GASOLINE CONTAINERS. The requested information includes both reports and recordkeeping.
