FAS needs identical information from
Foreign Market Development Cooperator Program and Market Access
Program applicants and participants to manage, plan, evaluate and
account for the proper and judicious use of public funds. FAS has
implemented an electronic process by which all FMD and MAP
information is collected in an identical manner. Thus, FAS is
submitting a single information collection package for the two
programs to reduce the government burden.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
