The Veterinary Services Program of USDA's APHIS enforces regulations that pertain to the importation of animals and animal products into the US and the prevention of foreign animal disease incursions into th US. This collection will create a system whereby private individuals can operate (with APHIS oversight) their own facilities for the quarantine of imported ruminants.
