The Alaska Interagency Electronic
Reporting System (IERS) data entry system, named eLandings, is an
Internet-based system accessible at http://elandings.alaska.gov/.
To use the system the participant must have a computer, printer,
and an Internet connection with email. Initially, eLanding was
required and used only for Individual Fishing Quota (IFQ)/Community
Development Quota (IFQ/CDQ) crab and Community of Adak golden king
crab landing and/or production data reports (not including Norton
Sound king crab). This action describes the additional voluntary
use of eLanding to report 2006 landings and production data
