Abstract: In accordance with the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, the trapping and marking of wild migratory birds by persons holding Federal permits must be monitored. This information collection involves three forms related to bird banding: 1) The Application for Federal Bird Banding or Marking Permit; 2) The Bird Band Recovery Report; and 3) The Bird Banding Schedule.
