Abstract: The Internal Revenue Service is suspending certain income limitations requirements under section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code for certain low-income housing credit properties as a result of the devastation caused by Hurricane Rita. This relief is being granted pursuant to the Service's authority under section 42(n) and section 1.42-13 of the Income Tax Regulations.
