Abstract: In RM06-11-000, FERC is proposing to add a new Uniform System of Accounts (USofA) for Centralized Service Companies and new preservation of records requirements as new Parts 367 and 368. FERC's regulations are revised to Form No. 60, as Part 369 of its regulations and revises Form No. 60 for financial reporting by centralized service companies, i.e., service companies that are not special purpose companies. consistent with the proposed USofA and to provide for electronic filing of Form No. 60.
